Matt Van Horn 80b9fa74dd feat: add test skill (last30daystest) for Bird CLI testing 
Creates SKILL-TEST.md with name "last30daystest" so the Bird CLI
integration can be tested without affecting the original /last30days
skill installed from the public repo.
