Add --debug flag for verbose logging

- Add LAST30DAYS_DEBUG env var / --debug flag
- Log HTTP requests, responses, and errors
- Show API error details when debug enabled
- Helps diagnose API failures

Usage: python3 last30days.py "topic" --debug
