docs: add AtomGit mirror badge and link (G-Star onboarding)

Browse Source 
Project is now mirrored on AtomGit (auto pull-sync from GitHub, enabled
with pull-f) for faster cloning in China. Badge + mirror notice added to
both READMEs per the G-Star certification requirements.
