fix(docs): correct OpenClaw exec permission instructions (#142)

- Replace invalid `/config set exec.allow true` with correct
  `openclaw config set tools.profile "coding"`
- Fix config filename: config.json → openclaw.json
- Update explanation to reference tools.profile system
